नमस्कार दोस्तों ।
मेरा नाम अजय टामक है मै आपको ब्रह्मचर्य के बारे मे और ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करने के बाद मेरे साथ घटित हुए अनुभवों को आपके साथ साझा करने जा रहा हूँ मेरे जीवन में ऐसी बहुत सी परिस्थितयाँ आयी हैं जिन्होंने मुझे बहुत दुख पहुँचाया है उन सभी परिस्थियों से निकलने के बाद मुझे पता चला की असली जीवन किसे कहते है। मेने देखा की जो इंसान दुःख और सुख दोनों में एक सामान रहता है वही इन्सान सच्चा जीवन जीता है। दुःख और सुख देखने के बाद से मै अध्यातम की और मूड गया था।
दोस्तों अब मुझे परम सुख और सच्चे सुख की कामना थी और अब तक में ये समझ चुका था की परम सुख भगवान की भक्ति से,भगवान में ध्यान लगाकर प्राप्त होता है फिर मेने भगवान शिव जी का नाम लेना, उनकी भक्ति करनी शुरू कर दी। फिर मुझे कहीं से ब्रह्मचर्य के बारे में पता चला।
"ब्रह्मचर्य" मतलब ब्रह्म के अनुकूल आचरण करना। दोस्तों ब्रह्मचर्य एक अवस्था होती है एक तप होता है। ब्रह्मचर्य का पूर्ण अर्थ है तन ,मन और वचन से पवित्र। जो व्यक्ति ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करता है मतलब वह व्यक्ति तन (शरीर ),मन और वचन (वाणी, बोल चाल ) से पवित्र होता है।

My name is Ajay Tamak. I am going to share with you about Brahmacharya and the experiences that have happened to me after following Brahmacharya. There have been many situations in my life that have hurt me a lot from all those situations. After leaving, I came to know what is real life. I saw that a person who lives the same life in both sorrow and happiness, lives a true life. After seeing grief and happiness, I went to Adhyatam's mood.
Friends, I now wished for supreme happiness and true happiness and by now I had understood that the ultimate happiness is obtained by devotion to God, by meditating on God, then I started taking the name of Lord Shiva and doing devotion to him. Then I came to know about celibacy from somewhere.
"Brahmacharya" means to conduct in harmony with Brahman. Friends, celibacy is a state, there is a tenacity. Brahmacharya fully means holy with body, mind and speech. The person who follows Brahmacharya means that person is sanctified with body (body), mind and speech (speech, speech).
